# Privacy Policy

Draw Awake stores account, purchase, prompt, job, audit, moderation, camera/gallery access decisions, and media records required to operate the service.

## Data Categories

- Account data: email address, authentication sessions, country code
- User content: uploaded drawing photos, camera-captured drawing photos, generated images, generated videos
- Billing data: verified store transactions, entitlement state, credit ledger
- Safety and support data: moderation reports, deletion requests, export requests, audit events

## Third-Party Processing

- Draw Awake may use one or more third-party generation providers, currently including Alibaba DashScope and AtlasCloud, to process uploaded drawings or images, prompts, and generation settings in order to create image or video results.
- Apple and Google provide store billing and entitlement source data when store billing is used.

## Camera and Gallery Access

- Draw Awake requests photo-library or camera access only when you choose to upload or capture a drawing.
- These permissions are used only to let you pick a drawing from your device or capture a fresh photo for generation.

## Retention

- Billing and audit records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, and tax obligations.
- Media is retained until deletion, manual moderation action, or retention-policy change.
