# Refund Policy

## Failed Generation Refunds

- If an image job fails before a final image is available, the reserved 1 credit is refunded automatically.
- If a video job fails before the final video is available, the full reserved video credits are refunded automatically.

## Store Purchase Refunds

- Subscription and top-up purchase refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
- When a store refund or revoke is received, unspent credits are reversed first.
- If refunded credits were already spent, the ledger may go negative until the account is reconciled.

## Support

- Users should request purchase refunds through the original store purchase flow when required by platform policy.
