# Terms of Service

Draw Awake is a creative app for transforming uploaded drawings into generated images and short videos.

## Core Use Rules

- Users must only upload content they have the right to submit.
- Illegal, abusive, or prohibited content may be rejected, moderated, or removed.
- Monthly subscriptions include credits that reset each billing cycle.
- Purchased top-up credits do not expire.
- Camera and gallery access are optional and only used when the user chooses to upload or capture a drawing.

## Billing Rules

- Digital purchases inside the mobile app follow Apple and Google store billing rules.
- Credits are granted only after store verification succeeds.
- Subscription plans currently offered are Starter Monthly, Pro Monthly, and Pro Plus Monthly.
- Credit packs currently offered are 150 Credits, 500 Credits, and 1000 Credits.
- Failed jobs refund reserved credits automatically when no final deliverable is made available.

## Account Rules

- Users may request account deletion and data export.
- Support and fraud investigations may require limited retention of audit and billing records.
